Blogger book lacks depth, who knew?

I have no idea why the New York Times felt it important to review Ana Marie Cox’s (aka Wonkette) Dog Days , but I was shocked, shocked I tell you, to find that it wasn’t a literary tour de force. I mean what could be more exciting than a blogger writing about a fictional blogger?!

Augustine at RedHot captured this:

My review: “Apparently, Wonkette was wrong; crappy, rushed, poorly-written books are the new black.”

I work in communications and public affairs. I try to squeeze in as much reading as I can while still spending time with my wife and two kids (and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and Michigan Wolverines during football season).
